Lighter On Your Feet

Through countless testing and development the Helix Ultra is now 15% lighter than its predecessor. This weight reduction will further reduce the fatigue on your lower limbs caused by spending long working hours on your feet.

Softer Midsole For More Comfort

Helix Ultra’s sole system cushions your feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back from all day fatigue, allowing you to stay active even when you get home from work. The high rebound midsole PU foam layer provides the perfect balance between support and shock absorption. This specially formulated PU-midsole from BASF returns energy with every step, thus reducing shock on the joints.

For more than a century Michelin has guaranteed the reliability, safety and performance of tyres for all types of vehicles. This knowledge and experience is exactly why Bata Industrials has partnered with Michelin and developed a specific sole to outperform the harsh working environment of Australia.

Kevlar Stitching

Kevlar thread is well known for being one fo the strongest and most heat resistant commercially available threads. It is about 2.5 times stronger than nylon and polyester, has very little stretch and does not melt. This makes it a perfect choice for high stress applications including sewing seams on heavy duty boots like the Helix Ultra range.

Cool Dry Comfort

Premium quality lining designed specifically to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable has also been added to the inside of the Helix Ultra Range. It’s soft satin feel is highly breathable and quick drying making sure your feet are well looked after.
